A self-catering florida vacation villa, ideal for all area attractions, this villa is a 2 storey, 2 bedroom home in a very popular resort area of Kissimmee. Located just off highway 192, it is approximately 3 miles from the Walt Disney World main gate and is within easy walking distance to several restaurants. This popular resort complex features tennis courts (floodlight at night for cooler games), a choice of three swimming pools with Jacuzzi at the main pool, a gymnasium, wi-fi at reception, a bar and is ideally located close to shops and restaurants on the 192. The villa will accommodate up to six people, with Queen size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second room & a double sleeper sofa in the lounge. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the upper floor, as is the washing machine/dryer, whilst there is a shower and toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit most needs. Full air conditioning throughout, all bedding & towels provided Bedrooms: Bedroom 2 contains safe which is free of charge.
